Terms & Conditions


All products are priced in Australian dollars (AUD).


We offer Australian clients Standard and Express post delivery options. All delivery includes postage, packaging and insurance.

Once your order has been placed, we will send you an e-mail message to notify you as soon as possible of estimated delivery times.

Returns & Refunds

The utmost care is taken with all of our internet, phone and mail orders, but sometimes, accidents or errors may occur. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Sales team as soon as possible following the successful delivery of your order. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase from Patorama, please contact us.

Unless there are prevailing exceptional circumstances, once an order has been produced and shipped, we do not offer cancellations.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as goods that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

All rights reserved. Derivative works and other unauthorised copying or use of photographs are expressly prohibited. Any unauthorised photo usage will be vigorously pursued, including where appropriate, through legal action.

When you purchase a digital version of our photography, you have the right to the following: Use in commercial work, Print your own version. You do NOT have the right to sell a purchased version in any way.


How do I buy a print?

You can buy a print by clicking on the store button. From there, choose a photo/s that you like. Then choose your size, type and click the Add to Cart button.

Do you have a showroom?

Patorama does not have a showroom at the moment. All orders are custom-made and will be shipped to your shipping address on check. Local pickup in Queanbeyan is also available. Please contact us for more information.

What are your maximum print sizes?

Each item lists the maximum print size available. If you would like a larger or custom-sized print or want it printed on a different medium, please contact us for a custom quote.

What formats are the prints available in?

Current. available formats available are Framed, Print Only, and Glass Acrylic finish. If you would like a photo printed on a different medium that is not listed, please contact us for a custom quote.

What's with the Patorama logo on the bottom of the image?

The Patorama logo watermark accompanies every photo as an unobtrusive digital signature. We do not provide images without our digital signature.

Online Ordering

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payment via Paypal and credit card via Stripe.

Are my details secure?

All your contact details are kept on our private server. We will never sell or give any personal details to others without your consent. Payment details are never kept on our servers; all payment information is handled through Paypal and Stripe.

Do the colours online match print?

What you see online and what you see when printed can sometimes be different. Online versions are for visual reference only. We take the utmost care to ensure that colours match as best they can, but sometimes there can be slight and minimal differences.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to deliver my print?

Please allow one to two weeks for production and shipping of order within Australia. Please note that there may be some delay due to COVID-19 or during holiday periods due to high volumes of orders.

What shipping methods do you use?

All shipping is conducted with Australia Post. Depending on which shipping options you choose, we will post either using standard and express shipping methods.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to Australia. If you are an international customer, please contact us before ordering so we can provide you an estimate for international shipping to your address.

What is your return policy?

Patorama would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases, so we ensure all items are professionally photographed and all items are listed correctly online with their size and dimensions. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, please  contact us.

Please note that as all artwork are custom made to your specifications, we do not offer returns or exchanges or accept changes of mind with artwork that has been made to order.
