About You:
You must be a passionate photographer and/or videographer who is eager to expand their skill set and contribute to our dynamic team.

As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop excellent photos, videos, virtual tours, drone footage, social media content, and other marketing materials for the real estate industry.

Gear Required:

• Full-frame camera
• Wide-angle lens (minimum 17mm)
• Long lens (24-105mm or 70-200mm or similar range)
• Speed-light/flash gun or similar external flash
• Sturdy tripod
• Reliable car
• Valid driver’s license
• ABN holder
• Relevant insurances (Public Liability)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years knowledge of photography
• Industry experience in property, architecture, and lifestyle photography, preferably in a professional capacity
• Ability to collaborate with clients and on occasion team members to achieve the best outcome
• In-depth knowledge of photographic production processes for digital output
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills, friendly disposition, and team spirit
• Ability to work well under pressure and think quickly on your feet
• Strong project & time management
• Must be able to drive upto 1.5 hours from our office

About You:

You must be a skilled and experienced Video Editor to strengthen our team, and to excel in this role, you should embody a self-motivated creative spirit with a strategic mindset. A profound grasp of storytelling coupled with expertise in video editing, colour grading, and post-production techniques is essential. You’ll be tasked with managing various aspects of video production, including sky replacements, colour corrections, and implementing fast cuts, while also contributing to the enhancement of our filming techniques and output quality. Adept at working under tight deadlines, you’ll collaborate seamlessly with our team, offering valuable insights, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities. In this dynamic environment, your hunger for results and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in driving our continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos that showcase properties in the best possible light.
2. Colour Grading: Enhance the overall look and feel of videos through color correction and grading to ensure consistency and aesthetic appeal.
3. Sky Replacements and Drone Boundary Lines: Execute sky replacements and drone boundary lines as necessary to enhance visual appeal and provide context.
4. Film-Style Effects and Point of Interest Markers: Craft film-style effects and implement point of interest markers to engage viewers and highlight key features.
5. Fast Cuts, Speed Ramps, and Day-to-Night Conversions: Utilize fast cuts, speed ramps, and day-to-night conversions to enhance storytelling and maintain viewer engagement.
6. Footage Stabilization and Music Selection: Stabilize footage and select fitting music to complement the narrative and evoke the desired emotion.
7. Podcast Episode Editing and Re-purposing: Edit podcast episodes and repurpose them into reels to expand content reach and engagement.
8. Filming Techniques and Output Quality: Offer insights and suggestions for improving filming techniques and output quality to elevate overall video production standards.
9. 4K Footage Editing and Turnaround Time: Work with 4K footage and adhere to a 48-hour turnaround time for projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
10. Motion Graphic Overlays: Integrate motion graphic overlays into videos to add visual interest and enhance storytelling elements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, with the ability to showcase previous work and demonstrate technical skills.
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics to enhance the overall quality and impact of videos.
• Familiarity with industry-standard video formats, codecs, and delivery requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with photographers, drone operators, and other team members to achieve project objectives.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics to ensure videos align with brand standards and client expectations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in color grading and post-production techniques.
• Aptitude for creating visually stunning and engaging stories.
• Knowledge of various video formats and codecs.
