We are a Canberra video production team that shoots property almost exclusively: listing films for agents, leasing films for commercial space, progress and brand reels for builders. Every film is shot in 4K, colour graded, and cut to licensed music — and because most shoots run alongside a photography session, the film and the stills come back looking like one campaign.

We film across Canberra and the ACT, Queanbeyan, Googong, Bungendore, Braidwood, Yass, Murrumbateman, Goulburn and Cooma. The films on this page are real deliveries — from Denman Prospect and Taylor family homes to 15 Garema Place for Colliers and rural holdings like Reynoldsdale in the Hilltops.

A residential videographer needs pace and emotion: hooks, smooth transitions and a cut short enough to hold a scrolling buyer. Commercial work is the opposite — executive tours that show amenities, fit-out and location for tenants who may never inspect twice. Rural properties need drone sweeps that put the land in context. We shoot all three, and the edit changes with the brief.

Standard delivery is a 16:9 cinematic listing film — usually 60 to 90 seconds for residential, two to three minutes for prestige, rural and commercial — plus 9:16 vertical cutdowns sized for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Drone aerials are part of most property films rather than an add-on, shot in the same session by our CASA-certified pilots. Agent intros and voiceovers are available when you want your face on the brand. Tell us the launch date when you book and we will work to it.
